Repair Policy

Warranty Coverage:

  • All repairs conducted by Jensen Fasteners, Inc. are covered by a 30-day warranty, effective from the date of pickup.
  • To be eligible for warranty coverage, a valid receipt must be presented.
  • The warranty extends to the labor charge and all parts replaced by Jensen Fasteners, Inc. during the original assessment period. Warranty does not cover any new parts installed or labor charges unrelated to the issue for which the tool was originally brought in.
  • Customers are advised to use or test their repaired tools immediately upon receipt. Jensen Fasteners, Inc. will not warranty any tools not returned within 30 days of pickup.

Denial of Warranty Repairs:

  • Jensen Fasteners, Inc. reserves the right to deny warranty repairs for any reason deemed valid, including but not limited to high air pressure, physical abuse, or negligence on the part of the customer.

Responsibility and Disposal:

  • Jensen Fasteners, Inc. bears no responsibility for tools left unclaimed after 90 days from the date of repair. Such tools may be sold or recycled at the discretion of Jensen Fasteners, Inc.

Denied Repair Options and Fees:

  • In the event that a repair is denied the customer or cannot be repaired by Jensen Fasteners, Inc. for reasons including but not limited to: parts being obsolete with no replacement, repair exceeding 50% of the tool’s manufacturer suggested retail price, etc., tools are subject to the following fees based on customer preference:
    • $0 - The unrepaired tool is scrapped on site.
    • $25 - The unrepaired tool is held, unassembled, for pickup.
    • FULL Labor (varies by tool, see here) - The unrepaired tool is held, assembled, for pickup.
